Single Family Condo Marketing Plan

Overview: A lack of complete and verified information often due to the homeowners association's unresponsiveness or skepticism about providing them, which can obstacles in evaluating project safety, structural soundness and financial stability. In response to this safety concerns and unsustainable housing market conditions, Fannie Mae aims to impress the importance and benefits of compliance for the HOA, condo owners and lenders through a nationwide "source of truth" of condo projects. This information helps set the standard for the industry-wide evaluation and eligibility.

For this project, I was tasked with creating an infographic that emphasizes the long and short ways of the condo lending process, inspired by the "path" theme of Candy Land. This infographic is a downloadable resource that is added to Fannie Mae's condo data webpage.
